Spike's Restaurant & Deli at Cow Creek Mercantile

Our deli features ham, turkey and beef that we slow-cook overnight. The result is a sandwich or wrap that is truly delicious. Using the stock from our meats, we also make great soups made from scratch.
We serve breakfast until 11:00 am and we're here until 8:00 pm for lunch and dinner. We are open until 9:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and we also do take-out orders. Hungry? Come see us!
